Phase 1

Weight Loss & Health

First 12 Week Breakdown

The entry phase focuses on Fat Loss & Optimizing your HEALTH.
This initial phase of this program is to get you through the beginning motions of just starting or continuing your all-around health journey the RIGHT WAY! We focus mostly on your Mental & Physical well-being & build it up through my coaching approach! All while bringing down your overall body fat percentage through strategic dieting & basic exercises.

WHAT CLIENTS TYPICALLY ACHIEVE IN THEIR FIRST 90 DAYS

Phase 2

STRENGTH & RECOMPOSITION (FOR WHEN YOU HAVE 20 LBS OR LESS LEFT TO LOSE)

12-week strength training phase to build all-around strength & confidence in the gym.

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH IN PHASE 2

Phase 3

Muscle building

Gets very interesting!!! In this phase, the primary focus is optimizing lean muscle growth(CURVES) in your glutes & lower body extremities while eating all of your favorite Hispanic foods! We will mostly be using machines & doing some advanced techniques that get fun and exciting to learn.

Beyond Phase 3

The phase where I will fully equip you with everything exercise & nutrition to never have to figure sh!t out or guess anything again! You can either upgrade to celebrity coaching if you want to take it to the next level or be free to spread your wings
